NORTOP^™ A 1211 is ideal for use in steel melting in coreless induction furnaces. It is successfully used as top cap mix by a significant number of customers. This topping mix’s enhanced performance results from its adjusted sodium silicate bonding system, which ensures that mechanical strength, thermal expansion and corrosion resistance are equal to the working lining for both scrap or DRI melting.
