Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories’ ceramic lining products are installed in large conveyor systems around the world. The conveyance and transfer of materials is a challenging and demanding process, primarily due to abrasion and impact from the large volumes of abrasive materials frequently transferred onto conveyor belts.
Ceramic materials with high wear and impact resistance offer a number of advantages over traditional materials such as AR steels, weld overlays, plastics or ceramics embedded in urethanes and rubber.

HAMMERfrax Wear Resistant Lining
HAMMERfrax® is a proprietary patented reaction bonded silicon carbide with noticeably better erosion/wear performance.
