Challenge

The castables has to be resistant to erosion and impact due to metal pouring into the ladle. It needs as well to reduce the ladle patching and repair.
Our Solution Norflow® A 973
The Norflow® castables range has been designed to be installed without using any installation tool, such as vibrators.
The products are self flowing, meaning that customers are simply required to prepare the mix and pour it into the mold or area. The product will flow into all zones automatically. We picked Norflow® A 973 due to easier and faster installation.
