Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories applies patented refractory lining systems to metal transfer components such as launders, troughs and tundishes.
 

Tongue and groove fittings allow Cryston® Cu launder sections to offer a smooth, metal resistant hot face, facilitating the safe and efficient flow of copper.
 

Dry vibratable materials (LK1175 or VK1209) are ideal for use behind the hot face and along the insulating barrier, forming a reliable and long-lasting refractory lining.
