T-Clip® PRO tile system in Refrax® Plus Material used to protect the wall tubes inside the Waste to Energy boilers.

Installation & Conditions:

  • Anchorage via thread bolts
  • A backfilling mix of Refrax® PLUSFLOW ensures high thermal conductivity and added protection against flue gases and anchor corrosion
  • Ceramic fiber gaskets compensate for movement in the boiler

T-Clip_Pro_tile_system
The main objective was to extend the service lifetime of the refractories & reduce the maintenance time thanks to our Refrax® PLUS product. 

As a trusted partner, Saint-Gobain Performance Ceramics & Refractories provides long-term solutions like we did with one of our installation partners for a plant in Germany, where we supplied high-performance solutions and enhanced the day-to-day running of the plant with the T-Clip® PRO tile system. The boilers remain very clean in operation and ensure optimum operational efficiency.
