I can confirm once again the Saint-Gobain Refrax® ProGUN 80 gunning cement is extremely effective in protecting the combustion chamber tubewall at our EfW on the Isle of Man.
The first application was more than six years ago and we have experienced no issues with the product and as we observed together, the lining overall is still in excellent condition.
Using Refrax® ProgGUN 80 has proven very effective for us, protecting the tube wall and eliminating the regular large-scale repairs that were necessary previously when we used other products. I can highly recommend Refrax® ProGUN 80 gunning cement and we are pleased to have Saint-Gobain as our material supplier.
